Membership Information

Your membership is important to MIC and to our community.  We make our newsletter, website and community meetings open to everyone – members and non-members alike – because we want to involve anyone interested in improving Mableton.  But membership, and the support it represents, are critical to MIC’s future.

Your membership:
•  Sustains the organization by providing the funding needed to function
– newsletter, website, signs, copies – are all possible due to membership dollars
•  Population support is a powerful tool when advocating for local issues with
county officials
•  Enables us to speak with authority as we work with developers

Membership Types:
  • Active Membership ($5 Annual) - individuals 18 or older, who live in or own residential property in the 30126 Zip Code area.  This is a yearly membership.  These members are eligible to vote in MIC elections and other matters.
  • Associate Membership ($5 Annual) - individuals 18 or over, who live outside the 30126 Zip Code area.  This is a yearly membership.  These members do not have voting privileges.
  • Lifetime Membership ($100) - individuals 18 and over, who live in or own residential property in the 30126 Zip Code area.  These members are eligible to vote in MIC elections and other matters.


Annual Membership (Active and Associate) $5 per member per year
*Annual memberships are by Calendar Year.
