At the hearing this morning, both April cases before the Cobb County Planning Commission were postponed until May 1st. Punky Pooh, LLC (Z-3) is an application for townhouses next to the fire station on Mableton Parkway. The MIC Zoning Committee is hoping for more details on this project, so that we can better understand its impact on Glore Circle and how the buildings might best be placed on the property. Aziz Farista (Z-11) has applied for commercial zoning for the Old Bankhead Clinic at 1021 Veterans Memorial Highway SE. This property was mistakenly designated as residential years ago when the county adopted its zoning code.
