Mableton’s Appearance Counts! Want to know more about how to make Mableton beautiful and keep it that way? Well then, come to MIC’s rescheduled Annual Meeting on Thursday, April 4 at 7pm at the South Cobb Community Center, 620 Lions Club Drive. Also, at the Annual Meeting MIC members will participate in Board of Directors elections, talk about MIC’s accomplishments in 2018, and discuss plans for 2019-2020 too.
How Mableton looks is important to residents and visitors alike. There have been improvements recently, but more work is needed. MIC will convene a roundtable discussion about how we can all make a difference in the area of litter, beautification, code enforcement, and incentives for businesses to spruce up their exteriors. County officials and Mableton volunteers have knowledge to share with you!
On the ballot will be five current Board members running for re-election to another 2-year term. They are Julie Carrick, Joel Cope, Twila Hawthorne, Steve Jungk, and Robin Meyer. Running for the remainder of 2 unexpired terms are T.J. Ferguson and Steven Fuller. Come and meet these folks who have stepped up to make a difference for Mableton through MIC leadership.
