MIC’s HOA Network will hold its first HOA Forum of the new year on Saturday, March 9 at 10:30am at the South Cobb Regional Library in Mableton.
The topic will be “Dealing with Risks, including Short-Term Rentals”, a critical topic for communities seeing a rise in Airbnb and similar non-traditional, online rental services. The meeting will feature a panel of experts in insurance, financing, legal and property management. The event is open to all HOA’s in the area.
MIC’s HOA Network provides a forum for Homeowner Associations (HOAs) to share ideas and best practices, improve communications and connections, develop greater advocacy and community engagement to build and maintain stronger associations in our area.
