Z-61 EMAE, LLC – originally an application for townhouses, now small single family development on Factory Shoals Road
Z-80 Embry Development Company – townhouse development on Old Bankhead Highway
Z-82 IGBO Union Atlanta – expansion of parking and building upgrade on Mableton Parkway
OB-80 Alan Baran – change of stipulations for a truck terminal on Six Flags Parkway
Z-11 Family Life Restoration Center – an application to allow a homeless shelter on Mableton Parkway
Z-13 Amber-Shea, LLC – an application for an event center on Veterans Memorial
OB-5 Hilltop Shopping Center – an application to allow vocational schools in this shopping center on Veterans Memorial
